Raw Fudgy Brownies

Put your phone down, step away from your computer…no wait! Don’t do that, you won’t be able to read what I am going to say. I take it back, come back…This is going to require all of your attention. Are you ready?

MAKE THESE. NOW!

Okay, now take your computer with you into the kitchen, get all of the necessary ingredients out and whip up a batch of your very own raw fudgy brownies. I swear on all things Halloween, if this is the very first raw recipe you ever try, so help me God, you will wonder why you haven’t been eating raw desserts up to this point.

Okay, enough of my yapping, time to fake bake, friends… GO!

This looks really good though I’m not keen on the use of agave or maple syrup. I might try dates or honey. I know honey not vegan but I do use it. Also hoping to get some hives soon so I would know just how lovingly the bees were cared for.

    October 17, 2012
    • That is such a great idea, Georgina! I think when it comes to diet, you have to do what works for *you* and so if honey is something you are all about, so be it! I personally have no problem with it either (although I am not exactly a vegan at all so of course I would be)–ha.

You know what I love about this whole raw thing and you? Everything you are posting is good for you. You’ve got all the good fats in there, Omegas, anti-oxidants – ALL while making it fun and creative. Love it Cara and love you! xo
