Insert sappy, heart-felt music now.

Just like every sitcom has a token flashback episode

filled with memories of the past

(a great way to say you did an episode but you really didn’t),

so shall Fork and Beans in this joyous holiday season!

Sundays are usually my day off from blogging

but seeing that Halloween is tomorrow,

and thus the conclusion to Vegan MoFo,

I thought it fitting to reminisce on previous posts from this month…

just in case you missed it and are still in need of party ideas.

Or maybe you just simply miss them.

So let’s find a seat next to the aisle (I go to the bathroom a lot!),

pass the popcorn around,

and enjoy my first ever:

Enjoy!

  4. Thanks for summing this all up in one post. 🙂 Now I know where to come when I want to make these recipes! You have really rekindled my passion for candy and I have to make some (or all!!) of these. I think I’ll have to hide the scale for a while. I have so enjoyed getting to know you during this MoFo season and I am glad now to be able to read your posts throughout the year!

  8. This was such a great month! I just love your photography, very creative! And of course, your food was da bomb! Because of you, I now need to buy a waffle iron, candy bar mold, and a plane ticket to Southern California… I hope you’re happy. 😉

    October 30, 2011
    • If only you really saw how I take my pictures and with WHAT, you’d die of laughter Brooke! Definitely *not* a professional by any means but I make it work (or at least try to). How about this: You buy a ticket to So Cal and I will get you a waffle iron and candy molds for your early/belated birthday gift (whenever that is…) hehe. Deal?

  9. Best non-post ever. DROOL.

Never mind me, I’ll just be shoving the rest of my chocolate pie in my face, drowning my too-lazy-to-make-candy sorrows!

    October 30, 2011
    • Haha. I’ll take some of that chocolate pie too, please 🙂

  11. MoFos already over?
    Oh no 😦

Would you please go on with these beautiful and creative daily posts?

I love love love your blog, such genious, incredible, impressive, creative mofoing, Cara!

    October 30, 2011
    • MoFo is over tomorrow 😦 But don’t worry Cara–this mind cannot stop even if I tried to make it. November is a whole new theme: THANKSGIVING! So the madness ensues. Every month. All year long. Without a break. I might need to start drinking…

      October 30, 2011
  12. What a triumph! Seriously impressed. Ok, I totally think you should do a giveaway on a bunch of that homemade candy…Wait, what?! You’ve already eaten it all?! Nooooo! I keep thinking I need to pick out *one* of the recipes to make, but how to make such a choice?! Incredibly well done, lady! Love your work.

    October 30, 2011
    • There are a few scraps of candy left in the freezer that I could give away…it would probably melt by the time I ship it to the winner 🙂 ha. Thank you for the kudos, Jenn. Coming for *you* it is a HUGE compliment. xo

      October 30, 2011
  13. I really like your blog, and those vampire bites are just genius.

    October 30, 2011
    • I am so happy you like this place–thank you so much! 🙂
